I love wraps! It’s one of my favourite things to eat at any time. Whenever I go out  (for eats) with my sister or cousins, I usually end up getting a wrap of some sort. There’s something about warm pita bread and, hot-spicy-creamy fillings that make me happy!

It’s mess-free too when you make wraps for dinner. You don’t have to worry about dozens of dishes to wash up afterwards.  Fast, Simple and Yummy!

How to make Chicken Doner Kebab Wrap – Recipe at a glance:

• Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
• Prepare the quick sauce.
• Cook Marinated chicken pieces.
• Cook French fries.
• Assemble wraps and wrap in aluminium foil
• Place on a grill pan.
• Gtill, till heated through.

Ingredients:

• 600 gms boneless chicken breast
• 3-4 Tbsp Olive oil
• 1/2 a Red onion, finely
• 1 plate of fried salted french Fries
• Tomato wedges as needed (about 2 large tomatoes)
• Shredded Lettuce as needed (1 cup)
• Shredded Cabbage as needed (1 cup)
• Sliced onion (optional)  as needed 1 onion
• 8 Pita Bread/ Plain Wraps

To marinate the chicken:

• 2 Tbsp Yoghurt
• 1 Tbsp Fresh Lime/lemon juice
• 3/4 tsp Paprika / Mild chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
• 3/4 tsp Black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce / Hot sauce
• 1/2 tsp Mild Mustard
• 6 large cloves of garlic, pounded to a paste
• 3 Tbsp Celery leaves, finely chopped
• Salt to taste 3/4 tsp

For the Sauce: 

• 4 Tbsp Mayo
• 4 Tbsp Yoghurt
• 1 Tbsp Olive oil
• 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce ( or other chilli sauce)
