Simply the best Avocado Toast!

Toast your sourdough bread with butter on both sides on medium heat. This takes a little bit of time. keep flipping till the bread becomes toasted and the edges are lightly crisp.

Cut open the avocado, remove the seed and scoop out the flesh.

Slice or Mash the avocado. One small avocado per slice. Spread over the toasted bread slice.

Add a drizzle of Charred Scallion Oil ( Optional Umami - Recipe link above in 'notes on seasoning).

Sprinkle the seasoning powder of choice (I use mushroom seasoning granules) over the top and add the chilli flakes.

Optional: Fry an egg and add it on top!!!
