Broccoli Slaw
Description
This recipe is a refreshing take on a classic slaw, using a crunchy base of blanched broccoli, fresh celery, and red onion. The salad is tossed in a tangy and creamy dressing made from a blend of yogurt and mayonnaise, seasoned with lime, cumin, and chili powder. It's a quick and easy side dish that can be enhanced with golden raisins and walnuts for extra flavor and texture.

In a large sauce pan, bring water to boil. Add the broccoli pieces and blanch 5 minutes.

Drain immediately and shock with cold water. Drain and set aside.

Cook the pasta till al-dente. Allow to cool and set aside.

Toss all the ingredients together about 1 hour before serving.

Serve at room temperature or chilled.
